Jessie Pinkham Demers is a licensed Maine Real Estate Broker with over 20 years of experience specializing in land development, residential subdivisions, new construction and multifamily investments.
She works with landowners, builders and developers to identify opportunities, market subdivision lots and bring residential development projects to market. Jessie also helps investors identify multifamily properties, navigate acquisitions and 1031 exchanges.
A University of Maine alumna, Jessie began her real estate career in Denver and has also practiced in Boston and New Jersey. She holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and is committed to ongoing professional education. She is active in local and national real estate organizations, including the Maine Real Estate & Developers Association and Women’s Council of Realtors.
